To apply for our wholesale and drop-ship programs, please fill out the form as completely as possible and we will respond with more information to get your account configured.
There is currently no monthly or yearly fees associated with our program. There is a small one-time $500 set-up fee for every drop-ship account. $400 of this fee is applied as a pre-payment to your account.
